Its a start.

It wont make any sense until you get 5 or 6 locations into the list, then the operation becomes clearer.

At the moment it isnt worth the $2. As a Canadian Im a but surprised they have metric temp option, but still show wind in only MPH.

I would say this still in beta / work in progress.

There are lots better free aps that do more.
